About Chef Brandon Grady

Born and raised in upstate New York, Chef Brandon spent four years as a professional ice sculptor upon graduating from culinary school. After creating countless beautiful frozen pieces, he eventually returned to his culinary roots at Fleming’s. Since becoming a Chef Partner, Chef Brandon enjoys the possibilities that come to life on the Chef’s Table. Combining the inspiration of the Vegas cooking scene with his own passion to continuously innovate, Chef Brandon strives to bring new and exciting experiences to his Guests. From foie gras to venison chops, his Chef’s Table features innovations that bring the “wow” factor to life.
