Carrara Wagyu is bred from Fullblood Wagyu sires and Angus dams, raised on the some of the most pristine pastures in Australia. A carefully managed grain diet for approximately 350 days helps develop the rich intramuscular fat that defines Carrara marbling. This meticulous process, from breeding to processing, ensures a consistent supply of Australia's finest Wagyu year-round, providing a luxurious eating experience every time.
