About Chef Mo Saho

Originally from Gambia, West Africa, Chef Mo moved to England when he was 16. He got his first job at an American grill, where he discovered his passion for cooking. After earning his degree in Professional Cookery in Hertfordshire, he accumulated an array of experiences as a cook, working everywhere from a 5-star hotel to an employment agency that sent him to various restaurants to work alongside numerous talented chefs. Upon moving to America after getting married, Chef Mo joined the Fleming’s team, rising through the ranks to become Chef Partner. He views the Chef’s Table as one of the greatest additions to the Fleming’s menu, where he can bring inspiration to life. Always looking to connect with Guests and his associates in the kitchen alike, Chef Mo runs an inclusive, collaborative kitchen where new ideas are always welcome.
