About Chef Jeff Fearing
As a child, Chef Jeff’s involvement may have included “getting in the way” of his parents’ bustling restaurants, but today he is an asset to the Fleming’s kitchen. Watching his parents in the kitchen revealed his passion early on - he knew he wanted to become a chef one day. He eventually channeled this interest into a career when he made the decision to attend culinary school. After receiving his education and making his way into the professional world, Chef Jeff dabbled in various areas of the restaurant industry. Eventually, Fleming’s called his name, and he’s been happily serving the restaurant’s valued Guests for the past seven years. Chef’s Table has afforded him great creative leeway, which he uses to experiment with new flavors he knows his Guests will love. When he’s not busy in the Fleming’s kitchen, Chef Jeff enjoys cooking for friends and family with a specific interest in cooking traditional barbecue dishes.
