His start in the industry exposed him to a certain excitement in the kitchen — one that he later found at Fleming’s. Chef Kenny hails from a family that loves food as much as he loves to serve it, and through Fleming’s, he extends this compassionate hospitality to his Guests, ensuring a positive dining experience for all who walk through the door. Although excited to experiment with different menu items, steak has his heart. When asked what he looks forward to most about Chef’s Table, he says, “I love steak, and it’s always been steak for me.”
