About Chef Adam Stomps

Chef Adam believes in collaborating in the kitchen, and his relationship with his Fleming’s kitchen team is key to making his Chef’s Table menu—and his restaurant operation—run smoothly. He grew up loving food and was constantly watching cooking shows. After a few jobs, it was clear to Adam that cooking makes him the happiest and he carries that passion into his current culinary endeavors. While he does his best to be expressive, ultimately his motto is “keep it simple, and make good food.” Chef Adam loves making dishes that might surprise and delight Fleming’s Guests, like light seafood and vegetable options, and spends weeks perfecting each menu cycle with his team. While his menu changes seasonally, keep an eye out for dishes like his seared scallops with hazelnuts and tarragon or maybe his Bronzini which brings the flavors of ginger, cilantro and soy together in a way that must be savored to be believed.
