About Chef Kurt Eichenberger
Cooking has always been in Chef Kurt’s blood, and he still remembers the childhood joy of helping his family in the kitchen for the holidays. He realized at a young age that a traditional 9-to-5 job wasn’t for him, so he immersed himself in cooking. During his senior year of high school, he put his knowledge to the test and entered a culinary competition where he placed third nationally. From there, he pursued an education at the Art Institute of Colorado while gaining experience working at a local restaurant. As he grew in his career, he developed a penchant for Colorado cuisine, with a particular focus on the seasonality of local food. Working in the restaurant scene in Colorado means a quick turnaround for local foods, which fuels Chef Kurt’s mission to constantly innovate and push forward with new ideas. At his table, Chef Kurt likes to incorporate vegetables into as many dishes as possible, providing his Guests with complementary flavors to elevate their savory entrées.
