About Chef Jason Marshman
From his very first job as a teenager working as a dishwasher in a small Italian restaurant, Chef Jason has had an enduring drive to innovate. He had experience at luxury restaurants and opened steakhouse in New Mexico before being presented with the opportunity to join the Fleming’s family. Since the advent of the Chef’s Table, Chef Jason has tremendously enjoyed the opportunity to be creative and do different things depending on what ingredients are in season. When looking to innovate upcoming menu items, Chef Jason prioritizes collaboration, working alongside his associates and managers to brainstorm new and exciting ideas. Guests are an integral part of the brainstorming experience, as well; their preferences and suggestions have inspired such Chef’s Table items as Lobster Risotto. Particularly inspired by Mexican and South American cuisine, Chef Jason enjoys experimenting with spices and salsas.
