About Chef Tim Parker

From preparing seafood to utilizing traditional French techniques, Chef Tim cultivates a culinary portfolio that is diverse and limitless. His grandmother initially piqued his interest in cooking, and he was inspired by the heartwarming moments they spent cooking throughout his childhood. Eventually, he decided to follow her footsteps and he attended culinary school. A true artist, Chef Tim feared losing his creative edge by venturing into the corporate world, but shortly after joining Fleming’s, he realized he found a place that welcomed and heightened his creativity. Chef Tim has a flair for fusing cultures and cuisines of diverse backgrounds. For this reason, he looks to chefs of various backgrounds for feedback and creative brainstorms.
