About Chef Jeremiah Hester
For Chef Jeremiah, cooking began with his love for art, always with a paintbrush or pencil in hand. He later developed a passion for creating visually appealing dishes, and to this day his culinary craft uniquely combines textures, flavors, and colors. In 2013, Chef Jeremiah joined the Fleming’s family and began crafting culinary masterpieces in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has since taken these experiences to Salt Lake City, where he appreciates the opportunity to put a personal touch on his Chef’s Table menu. Chef Jeremiah’s passion doesn’t stop at his art, as he is always highly motivated to create the ultimate experience for his Guests. You can expect a unique spread on his Chef’s Table menu, pairing colorful, seasonal vegetables with different cuts of meats and seafood to craft a masterpiece of flavors and art.
