About Chef Phuc V Luu
Chef Phuc spent his childhood in Vietnam, where he was first influenced by the cuisine of various Vietnamese flavors and spices. He often helped his family prepare meals, which is how he acquired a knack for French and Vietnamese cooking techniques. At 20 years old, he made a transcontinental move to Hawaii for school, and in 2002, he moved again to Texas—this time, for work. He’s been in Texas since then and eventually ventured into the steakhouse industry in 2005. Chef Phuc brings his talent to the table by experimenting with Asian infusions of flavor, kindling his Vietnamese roots.
