About Chef Patrick Gerac

When asked about his craft, Chef Patrick advocates simplicity. He first developed his palette in Louisiana, enjoying the diverse spread of foods he sampled in the melting pot of French, African, American and French-Canadian cultures. Over time, he chose to bring his skills to the food service industry. For Chef Patrick, he loves creating memorable Guest experiences that the whole team strives to achieve. Many of his Guests are “regulars,” and he enjoys the balance of providing them with their favorite tried-and-true dishes while continuing to invigorate the menu with flavors that keep them excited. He also finds inspiration from his kitchen team, who he turns to for support and feedback. Chef Patrick’s Table boasts an elegant spread of flavors, ranging from duck to crawfish, as his innovative hands continue to craft new combinations.
