About Chef Kristopher Chavez
Since his introduction to cooking in his high school’s home economics class, Kristopher Chavez knew he wanted to be a chef. Having studied under several great chefs at the Arizona Culinary Institute, Chef Kristopher incorporates Southwestern flavors into many of his creations throughout his career. On his Chef’s Table, he often pairs his signature flair with seasonal ingredients, which brings out the optimal freshness of each dish. Emphasizing the importance of simplicity to help high-quality ingredients shine, Chef Kristopher cites his ever-present drive to push himself as a major motivator for his continued innovation. He prides himself on being creative, and that quality manifests itself in his dishes.
