About Chef Hugo Martinez

Chef Hugo has spent most of his life in the kitchen and loves trying new flavor combinations. On his Chef’s Table menu, you’ll find a fusion of flavors from around the world. His favorite thing about Chef’s Table is the opportunity to not only explore his own new ideas, but to also work closely with his team and create something that expresses the personality of the Radnor restaurant as a whole. When asked, he says, “It’s something that brings the whole team together. Everyone starts to give different ideas and it’s great, because everybody gets involved. The result of the dish is not just my idea—it’s everybody’s idea.”
