Chef Jackie’s early cooking career started with one memorable ingredient — lettuce. When she started making salads at age 16, she discovered how many types of lettuce can add a tasteful twist to a crowd favorite. That’s when Chef Jackie realized exploring new ingredients would be the culinary spark to light the way for her career as a professional chef. She brought her inquisitive cooking style to Fleming’s in 1999 and kept looking forward, taking her starting position as a line cook through the culinary ranks to become the Chef Partner she is today.
