About Chef Daniel Papacosta

Born into a Hispanic family that values food as much as the hands that craft it, Chef Daniel curated his culinary interest at a young age. He spent time shadowing his grandmother in the kitchen and learned the appreciation of cooking. A defining moment for Chef Daniel was on a vacation in New York as a teenager where he and his family enjoyed a six-hour long meal — an experience that piqued his interest to pursue a career as a chef. He is constantly learning and improving his art, feeling inspired when he walks through the doors and into the kitchen of his hardworking team. Chef’s Table gives Chef Daniel a great deal of creative leeway to fuse his favorite flavors from home into his menu, as he enjoys experimenting with Latin flavors and hints of southern cuisine. Chef Daniel always strives to modify and improve his dishes, turning to both his kitchen staff and family for inspiration and support.
