About Chef Devon Follbaum
At nine years old, Chef Devon was already developing menus for family and friends. Little did she know, this was the beginning of her successful journey as a chef. Despite feeling pulled in different directions for her career, she maintained a steadfast inclination toward the food service industry. Culinary school and travel along the East Coast nourished this passion, which continues to blossom now that she is part of the Fleming’s family. She joined with an excitement to learn and grow as a chef — to perfect the art of cooking steaks and pleasing her Guests. When asked about her craft, Chef Devon attributes it to seasonality and creative expression, championing the principle to “let the flavors speak for themselves.” Among these flavors showcased at her Table are influences from Lebanese, Greek, and Southern cuisine, matching the ethnic diversity of Metropolitan Detroit.
