He worked his way up from a pantry cook to his current title of Chef Partner, which he embraces as an outlet for his passion. Chef’s Table presents Chef Danny with the challenges and excitement that first interested him in the culinary realm. He draws inspiration from New Orleans and Los Angeles, two cities he deems to be hubs of culinary innovation. When he comes up with creative brainstorms for his table, Chef Danny tries to put himself in the Guests’ shoes. He aims to combine ingredients that will excite his Guests, curating savory dishes with traditional Louisiana spices like cayenne, paprika, and tarragon. Chef Danny’s top priority is to appeal to his Guests, making them eager to come back for more.
