About Chef Jerry Walker
Chef Jerry started investigating culinary ingredients at an early age. His childhood curiosity often followed his grandmother around the kitchen, sneaking tastes at each stage of her cooking process. By age 15, he was washing dishes at his first restaurant job. Then he made it big. He moved through the culinary ranks, earning an Executive Chef role at a restaurant in Washington D.C. — with his menu landing a feature in the renowned Michelin guide. Nine years later, it’s Chef Jerry’s culinary creativity that fuels his eclectic Chef’s Table menu at Fleming’s. To get his Guests’ senses going, he crafts each dish with locally seasonal sides and a signature entrée as the star — much like his grandma’s perfectly mixed meatballs he remembers from childhood.
