About Chef Hugh Holland III
Chef Hugh is crowd-pleasing chef whose enthusiasm for cooking grows year after year. While attending Le Cordon Bleu, his hard working spirit motivated him to take on two jobs, adding invaluable skills to his culinary toolbox. Throughout his journey, he always relied on family and friends for support, and he uses this as motivation to continuously learn and innovate. When he’s not in the kitchen, he enjoys fishing, which he’s able to apply his knowledge from on his Chef’s Table menu. A quote that Chef Hugh lives by is “whatever it takes,” a constant reminder to fearlessly pursue his goals, which include making his Guests’ palates happy.
