About Chef Adam Morales
Growing up in a Mexican-American household inspired Chef Adam’s love for combining culture and family values into his cuisine. His career as a chef started in 2005 when he studied culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu. While there, he was trained in classical French cooking and fell in love with the French preparation of meals. To this day, he enjoys incorporating these techniques into his dishes, creating a cultural experience for his Guests. When he’s not working hard in the Fleming’s kitchen, Chef Adam likes to barbecue. His hobby isn’t limited to the grill — he also enjoys smoking and curing meats in the comfort of his home. A quote that Chef Adam lives by is “stop and smell the roses,” and he extends this mantra into his daily life through constant appreciation of the little things.
