About Chef Neil Smith
Originally from Florida, Chef Neil fell in love with cooking at a young age, and he realized while working in the kitchen that this was the work he looked forward to doing every day. He originally joined Fleming’s as a pastry chef, worked his way up to become a Chef Partner and opened the Rancho Cucamonga location. Chef Neil is thrilled about the opportunities for creativity that the Chef’s Table provides. Alongside the input of his team, Chef Neil always seeks to incorporate fresh vegetables, local flavors, and cutting-edge innovation into his creations. His motivation is to pique the curiosity of his Guests, inspiring them to ask what could be on his Chef’s Table next.
