About Chef Michael Prentice

Chef Michael has been involved in the restaurant industry his whole life, beginning as a restaurant host then rolling up his sleeves and working the line. He attended culinary school to further cultivate his lifelong career as a chef. Working at Fleming’s and experimenting with Chef’s Table has given Chef Michael a refreshing freedom to explore and invent things on his own. If you ask Chef Michael what he loves most about his job, it’s hearing these words from a Guest: “I love your dish.” Hailing from an Italian home, Chef Michael gravitates toward hearty Italian-style cooking, but he emphasizes his main priority is his Guests. If that means reinventing a dish or a long period of experimentation, Chef Michael will do whatever it takes to maximize the Guest experience.
