About Chef Marco Sarmiento
Family is a huge part of Chef Marco’s life. Born in Mexico, Chef Marco was raised in a half-Mexican, half-Spanish household of talented cooks, from whom he first learned the ropes. Shortly after moving to the U.S. and working in restaurants, he began to learn from mentoring chefs. Chef Marco’s persevering work ethic and endless desire to learn more is evident on his Chef’s Table menu, which boasts a spread of diverse flavors and textures. While he gravitates toward comfort foods and Mexican infused cuisines, Chef Marco prioritizes his Guests and always aims to create a menu that everyone will enjoy.
