He loves playing with tastes, colors and textures on a plate — and creative freedom is why he chose Fleming’s for his fine dining career. His favorite part? Collaborating with his growing kitchen staff, helping them to succeed and work together to craft the next Fleming’s creation. Chef Ryan calls it “art you can eat.”
