She realized early in her career that her passion was to bring to life inventive dishes and combine flavors in a way that brings joy to her Guests. With a breadth of experience from culinary school to working in restaurants, Chef Kat has expertise with many types of food and ingredients and her presentation continually raises the bar. Inspiration is key in her eyes and she brings motivation and inspiration to the kitchen every time she walks through the doors. In terms of cuisine, Chef Kat likes to take classical cooking and marries it to her childhood roots. Her favorite flavors are often found in seafood. Her Chef’s Table menu therefore features such inventive combinations such as seared scallops flavored with gin and tonic or parmesan soufflé with white wine butter.
