    Assembling and leading a highly talented culinary team of local Chef Partners, Russell Skall has helped Fleming’s raise the standard of excellence for modern steakhouses. In addition to our prime steak selections, his contemporary takes on the freshest seafood and poultry, dining options with Small Plates and Bar la Carte menus, and daily housemade fresh breads and desserts, have all set Fleming’s menu apart. Russell believes sharing a wonderful meal with friends and family is one of the great joys in life.

  • Innovative New Dishes
    At Fleming’s, we continually update our menu with new and innovative dishes. Try our latest entrée of fresh Broiled Pacific Swordfish, truly the “prime steak” of the sea. Or our new Pan Crisped Pork Belly appetizer, savory and satisfying served over glorious goat cheese grits. There’s a delicious Heirloom Tomato & Housemade Burrata Salad, a perfect pairing of soft, creamy cheese made in-house daily and juicy vine-ripened tomatoes. And a terrific new Small Plate of melt-in-your-mouth Short Ribs of Beef.

    A big, tannic Cabernet Sauvignon is perfect with a richly marbled steak, such as a bone-in ribeye, but would overwhelm a grilled Pork Chop. Tuna Mignon with its intensely flavored peppercorn crust would make this Cabernet appear even more tannic, while a mellower, less tannic Merlot would soothe it. The best advice of all is simply to experiment - the more often, the better.

Fleming's serves the finest USDA Prime beef: corn-fed, aged up to four weeks for flavor and texture, then broiled at 1600 degrees to seal in all the juices and flavor. All our steaks are seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper; finished with a touch of butter and freshly chopped parsley.
