About Chef Shawn Haugh
Chef Shawn Haugh brings more than five years of experience with Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and a culinary style shaped by years of experience and expertise to Fleming's University Town Center. Raised in Tampa, Chef Haugh first found his way into the kitchen alongside his grandmother. He later studied culinary arts in high school and at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. His approach centers on fresh ingredients, sound technique and getting the details right. As chef partner at Fleming's University Town Center, Chef Haugh looks forward to getting to know guests, supporting his team and making each visit worth remembering. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys golf, baseball and sports.

Close to UTC, Fleming's of Bradenton is an exceptional location for private dining. Our rooms are available for lunch and dinner, and can accommodate events ranging from intimate wine dinners to large business presentations. In addition, all of our rooms are equipped with a Cisco® conferencing system for video connection with all our other Fleming's locations and up to five satellite sites.
