That early inspiration grew into a lifelong career spanning 35 years, including formal training at a culinary school in Pennsylvania. Christopher’s approach to food is guided by a simple, yet powerful philosophy: love what you do, cook with passion, and aim to please—if you can touch just one Guest through your craft, you’ve done something meaningful. Chef Christopher continues to lead with compassion and creativity. He brings sincerity and dedication to everything he does. His leadership style is rooted in listening, follow-through, and being a dependable resource for his team. Driven to make a positive impact not just in the kitchen, but in the community, Christopher believes in using his role to change lives and create lasting connections.
