Chef Samuel Osorio’s passion for cooking was ignited after high school when his studies in tourism and hospitality led him to culinary school—and ultimately to his true calling in the kitchen. A graduate of the University of Medellín in Tourism and Hospitality and CESDE in Culinary Arts, Samuel infuses every dish with intentionality and care. His culinary philosophy is built on honoring ingredients, choosing vibrant flavors and delivering high-quality, signature cuisine that tells a story. Chef Samuel strives to lead with calm authority and respectful communication. His leadership style focuses on channeling the pressures of service in a way that supports, rather than stresses, his team—delegating responsibility and encouraging growth. To him, a memorable dining experience is about more than the food; it’s about thoughtful service, attention to detail, and the emotional connection behind every dish. Samuel’s favorite menu items—dry-aged meats, Fleming’s potatoes, and the tuna poke—highlight his appreciation for complex, layered flavors.
