Chef Rafael’s culinary journey began at home—awakened by the aromas of his mother’s kitchen and inspired by his father, a professional chef who introduced him to the restaurant world. Starting as a dishwasher at 15, Rafael worked his way up through kitchens, learning under exceptional chefs who helped shape his skills and philosophy. He believes that food is like a symphony, where each ingredient should harmonize with the others to create something unforgettable. Drawn to a wide range of cuisines—including Mexican, Asian, and Italian—Rafael focuses on fresh, high-quality ingredients and thoughtful balance in every dish he creates.
