About Chef Tyler Barsetti

GChef Tyler first discovered his love for cooking back in school, when he became the go-to cook for his group of friends. What started as a way to bring people together quickly grew into a career path—and eventually a calling. After earning his Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts through ICI, Tyler was introduced to Fleming’s at one of the brand’s annual kickoff dinners. Eleven years later, he continues to make his mark in the kitchen every day. Known for his thoughtful approach to ingredients and his creative flair, Tyler believes that memorable dining comes from simple food, elevated with care. As a leader, Tyler is passionate about mentoring the next generation of chefs, including through Fleming’s partnership with a local culinary school. For Guests, his goal is always the same: to deliver a dining experience where every bite reflects freshness, care, and the craft of a true steakhouse.
