Our steak suite is thoughtfully curated to offer a range of premium steak experiences from around the world, from Japanese A5 Wagyu and Australian Carrara Wagyu Filet Mignon and Strip to our Prime steaks and signature Angus cuts. Each steak is selected for exceptional quality, flavor and a memorable Fleming's dining experience. The new all-day $49 Prix Fixe Menu offers two courses and three Signature Fleming's entree choices, and handhelds and entree salads starting at $20 bring Fleming's signature craft to the table in a more effortless form. And when the day is ready to shift into evening, join us in the bar from 4PM to 6:30PM for Social Hour, featuring bar bites starting at $7 and hand-crafted cocktails and wine for $9.
Looking to host a private event, business meeting or off-site gathering? Fleming's Events & Catering now features new menus including hors d'oeuvres, happy hour, lunch and dinner packages, with catering pick up and delivery available starting at 10:30AM every day. For private dining events hosted in restaurant, our Events & Catering Associate will help you select the right room, shape the menu and coordinate the details so every occasion feels considered from start to finish.

Convenient to the Energy Corridor, Memorial City Hospital and the neighborhoods of Memorial, Katy, Uptown and Tanglewood makes the Town & Country Fleming’s an excellent choice for private dining and business events in Western Houston. Available for lunch and dinner, our Private Dining Rooms can easily accommodate a wide range of events, including wedding receptions, intimate private dining parties and business presentations. For meetings, we also provide a Cisco® conferencing system for video connection with all our other Fleming’s locations and up to five satellite sites.
