Chef Jesus' journey began at 14 with a few humble attempts at pancakes—and evolved into a lifelong passion that would take him from culinary school to kitchens across Italy and into service with the United States Marine Corps. Trained in classical techniques and shaped by experiences with a French Master Chef, international travel, and leadership roles, Jesus has built a culinary career defined by discipline, creativity, and purpose. At Fleming’s, where he’s spent the last four years, Chef Jesus leads with transparency, calm structure, and a strong belief in small unit leadership. He empowers his team by giving them tools to succeed, fostering trust and clarity at every level of the kitchen. From creating thoughtful menu additions like his eggless creme brulee—designed to accommodate a Guest’s dietary restrictions—to consistently delivering steakhouse staples like the Prime Bone-In Ribeye and Chipotle Cheddar Mac & Cheese, Jesus ensures every Guest feels seen, valued, and delighted. Outside the kitchen, he’s passionate about off-roading, car restoration, time at the range, and entertaining family and friends.
