The Sliced Porterhouse
This entrée features two mouth-watering steak options so you can experience a depth of different flavors and texture. Savor our most popular cut, a 6oz Filet Mignon, sliced and prepared to your liking. Each filet is hand cut from the tenderloin and aged to perfection for a tender and buttery texture. Accompanying our beloved Filet Mignon is a steak cut offered exclusively on this menu. Enjoy a firm and flavorful 28oz wet-aged Prime Bone-In New York Strip with rich marbling that will keep you coming back for more. The Sliced Porterhouse is served with a trio of salts, selected to enhance and enrich your steak experience. Sprinkle a dash of a classic Himalayan Pink salt on your Filet and NY Strip, or dive into the complex flavors of our rich Black Lava and Vintage Merlot salts.
