Collection of personal information
Information you provide. We may obtain information that you provide directly to us on the Site when, for example, you fill out one of our contact forms, submit an order for a gift card, apply for a job, or otherwise interact with the Site. We may provide an entry form for consumers to enter a contest on one of our websites. We have done it in the past. Thus the contact information input into the entry form would be used to contact the winner. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, transmission via the Internet and online digital storage are not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your information collected through the Site.
We do not knowingly Sell the PI of Consumers. All consumers, regardless of age, may opt out of our promotional emails by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link on each of our brand emails.
California privacy rights
Residents of the State of California may request a list of all third parties to which we have disclosed your personal information for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding year.
