What started as responsibility quickly evolved into passion as he discovered a sense of calm and purpose within the fast pace of a professional kitchen. Trained at the Louisiana Culinary Institute, Christian built his career through small local restaurants focused on scratch-made Southern and Creole dishes. His culinary style values simplicity and freshness, relying on seasonal ingredients to speak for themselves. As a Chef Partner at Fleming’s for more than five years, Christian leads with a servant-leadership mindset—mentoring his team and fostering a kitchen culture rooted in support, collaboration, and pride. He emphasizes hospitality above all else, believing that true Guest satisfaction lies in warm welcomes, thoughtful service, and consistent excellence. While he appreciates the tradition of the classic steakhouse, he enjoys gently introducing new flavors in subtle, respectful ways.
