A classically trained chef with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Aaron’s culinary path started with a simple idea: if you want something done right, do it yourself. As a self-proclaimed picky eater, this mindset led him into the kitchen at an early age, where he discovered a passion for making food people truly want to eat—while also encouraging them to try something new. With 17 years in the industry, Aaron now brings that spirit of innovation to the Chef’s Signature Series, where he's just beginning to showcase his own creations. Chef Aaron leads his team from the front, believing that any goal in the kitchen is achievable through persistence and hard work. He uses food to create memories—whether they’re brand new or tied to familiar flavors from the past. His diverse background, including time spent in French, Chinese, and Mexican kitchens, gives him a unique range of skills and cultural influences. Whether he’s perfecting a signature steak entrée or pushing boundaries with new dishes, Chef Aaron remains grounded in the Guest experience and driven by a deep love for the craft.
