Chef Dee, began his culinary journey immersed himself in the art of scratch cooking—making everything from sauces to desserts by hand. That experience to detail and flavor, combined with the praise from Guests, set him on a lifelong path of excellence. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Houston, Chef Dee continued to hone his craft, drawing heavily from his New Orleans upbringing and love for Creole cuisine. With 30 years in the industry and a dedication to teaching, Chef Dee’s leadership is grounded in fairness, honesty, and being present for his team in every moment. He believes great food starts with passion and purpose, and his goal is to create dishes that evoke good memories while delivering unforgettable dining experiences. Whether it's the bold flavor of a USDA Prime Bone-In Ribeye or the sweet finish of Carrot Cake, Chef Dee brings a unique flair to the Chef’s Signature Series—elevating the Guest experience with every plate, every time.
