Chef Jason was born and raised right here in Northern California, and from a young age, cooking was a big part of his life. After graduating from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, he dove into the world of fine dining where he found passion for precise technique, bold flavors, and his innovative take on comforting cuisine. For Chef Jason, it's about curating dishes that are creative, seasonal and rooted in quality.
