His earliest culinary memories—like learning to poach eggs and whisk hollandaise from scratch—planted the seeds of a career built on care, tradition, and hospitality. With an associate degree in Culinary Arts and over 16 years in the industry, Chef Greyson has refined his approach into a philosophy grounded in consistency, respect, and Guest-first focus. As a Chef Partner at Fleming’s for the past six years, Greyson leads through mentorship and example. Having started as a line cook at 16, he embraces every opportunity to teach and uplift his team—instilling a foundation of constant, gentle pressure to ensure consistency and excellence. His leadership is warm, structured, and rooted in mutual respect.
