The Chef's Reserve
This new entrée features two mouth-watering steak options so you can experience a depth of different flavors and texture.
Savor our most popular cut, a 6oz Filet Mignon, sliced and prepared to your liking. Each filet is hand cut from the tenderloin, and aged to perfection for a tender and buttery texture.
Accompanying our beloved Filet Mignon is a new steak cut offered exclusively on this menu. Enjoy a firm and flavorful 28oz wet-aged Prime Bone-In New York Strip with rich marbling that will keep you coming back for more.
The Chef's Reserve is also served with a trio of salts, selected to enhance and enrich your steak experience. Sprinkle a dash of a classic Himalayan Pink salt on your Filet and NY Strip, or dive into the complex flavors of our rich Black Lava and Vintage Merlot salts. Mix and match for savory, complex flavors that will complement either cut.
The Prime Tomahawk
Our classic 35oz Prime Tomahawk is still offered on the menu for parties of two to enjoy. The Prime Tomahawk is our largest and most deeply marbled steak cut. Broiled at 1600° to accentuate its natural flavors.
