Chef Luis started his career with Fleming’s in 2010. Working as a Chef opened his eyes to the blissful adventure of life, which motivated his hard work to push toward the goal of becoming Chef Partner. He seeks culinary innovation on a daily basis, turning to local flavors, supermarkets, and team collaboration for inspiration, while maintaining that the Guest is his primary motivation. Asking for feedback and monitoring which items are “winners” are among the many practices Chef Luis champions in order to ensure an exceptional experience from the moment anyone walks through the door.
