About Chef Richard Tischler

Chef Richard’s culinary passion began in his early 20s as a student at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. He took a restaurant job on the side, where he grew to appreciate the quality of fine dining from plating to exceptional service, and eventually realized his hands belonged in the kitchen. After school, Chef Richard’s Ohio roots called his name, and he decided to bring his hard work and endurance back home. Chef Richard has been with his Fleming’s location since day one, tallying a loyal 14 years to the restaurant. More than anything, Chef Richard seeks to please his Guests by giving them not only an exceptional experience, but also an experience that will keep everyone coming back for more.
