About Chef Daniel Gonzalez

Chef Daniel attributes his love of food to his Cuban upbringing and fond memories of working alongside his grandmother in the kitchen. He has worked in every possible restaurant position and helped open the Brickell Fleming’s location, which is in the bustling heart of downtown Miami. After quickly proving his creativity and passion for our Guests’ experiences, he became Chef Partner. His Chef’s Table menu is heavily focused on showmanship and making Guests feel connected, involving them in the culture of the kitchen with memorable tableside experiences.
