About Chef Theresa Livingston

Chef Theresa’s philosophy is to keep moving forward and try new things. After traveling and working all over the world as an executive chef for small restaurants, she joined the Fleming’s team as a sous chef in Newport Beach and then eventually became Chef Partner in San Diego. She loves the controlled chaos of life as a chef, drawing inspiration for her Chef’s Table menu from her worldly experience, interest in food photography and the bustling culinary scene in San Diego. One of her greatest sources of creative energy comes from collaboration with her Fleming’s team, and their participation has helped her menu evolve with each new iteration.
