It’s no secret that New Zealand produces impeccable Sauvignon Blanc. But few know that the same can be said for its salmon. As we celebrate the Southern Hemisphere Wine Harvest, we’d be remiss to not give Ora King Salmon a prominent place at the table.

The richness of the salmon is balanced perfectly by Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc’s citrus notes, while our truffle-infused mushroom duxelle dances against the wine’s candied ginger notes and honeysuckle aromas.
