The meal begins with the bright flavors of our Roasted Golden Beets, paired with the fruit-forward Schramsberg Sparkling White Wine. From there, choose from three entree pairings: San Francisco Bay Seafood Cioppino paired with the Franciscan Napa Valley Chardonnay, Napa Herb-Roasted Lamb with the Taken Red Blend, and the Vintner’s 14 oz Bone-In Filet with the Oberon Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The experience ends on a truly satisfying note, with a moist, warm butter cake.
