As the Operating Partner of Fleming's Houston, I've had the pleasure of being part of this community for over 15 years, and the honor of serving many of you during that time. To me, the single most important thing is giving you a warm welcome into our dining room, where you can savor an ongoing celebration of the finest prime steaks and 100 wines by the glass. As Chef Partner, I pride myself on being a seasoned professional. Just as I trained for years under many culinary artists, I lead a talented and dedicated team in the kitchen here in Houston. Our culinary team's purpose is to ensure your dining pleasure. We invite you to fall in love with Fleming's, just as we did.
Located in the heart of Houston, we are between Greenway Plaza, the Galleria, the Houston Medical Center and Downtown. Our proximity to everything in Houston makes us an outstanding choice for business dining and private entertaining.
