MEET THE “STARS” IN OUR NEW COLLECTION OF 100 WINES BY THE GLASS
The wait is over, and we’re ready to pop the corks on our new list of 100 wines by the glass. A year in the making, the Fleming’s 100 is a star-studded collection like no other, and it’s available now at all Fleming’s locations across the country.
An “A-list” of wines from the world’s top regions and producers
We are showcasing the most innovative, cutting-edge wines from iconic and classic wineries. Never content to rest on their laurels (or should we say, vine leaves), they are pioneering the latest vineyard techniques, while consistently astonishing us with their quality and character. From small-yield, sustainable and biodynamic farming to the latest in canopy management and hand-harvesting and sorting, our picks are leading the industry into a new age of winemaking. Some of the brightest stars in the California winemaking world are now featured by the glass at Fleming’s. Wines from Jordan, Silverado, Dominus, Parducci, Orin Swift, Duckhorn, B.R. Cohn, Seghesio and Hall have earned their place in our collection this year. And there are international standouts like Zilliken and Loosen Bros. from Germany, Yalumba and Penley from Australia, Catena and Zuccardi from Argentina, Paco & Lola and Palacios-Remondo from Spain, and Masi and Ornellaia from Italy.
The “heavy hitters” of the list are our 80 national selections (presented below). These are the wines we expect to be in high demand — each one a standout in its category — and we stock them in temperature-controlled cellars at all our restaurant locations. But since wine appreciation is a subjective art, the 20 other wines in our collection are chosen personally by our Wine Managers for the guests at their own location. Together, these two groups make up the complete Fleming’s 100. To make your selection easier, all wines are listed in each category from lighter to fuller intensity:
